Rates:

May 1st thru September 30th - $225/night + 12% tax

During peak season, we offer:

- 10% discount on stays 1 week or longer

- 20% discount on stays 2 weeks or longer

- 30% discount on stays 1 month or longer

October 1st thru April 30th - $155/night + 12% tax

During off season, we offer:

- 20% discount on stays 1 week or longer

- 30% discount on stays 2 weeks or longer

- 40% discount on stays 3 weeks or longer

- 50% discount on stays 1 month or longer

We require 50% of the reservation cost in order to confirm your reservation

if >30 days before your check-in date; full payment is required by 30 days prior to check-in. 

If you are booking within 30 days of check-in, full payment is required for confirmation.

We accept payments via Credit Card, Check or PayPal.

100% Refund will be provided for reservations cancelled greater than 30 days before check-in.

50% Refund will be provided for reservations cancelled 8 - 30 days before check-in.

0% Refund will be provided for reservations cancelled 7 days or less before check-in.
